§ 18-52. Composition; appointment of members; chairman.

The municipal joint airport zoning board shall be composed of five members, two to be appointed by the city commission and two members to be appointed by the county commissioner's court. The fifth member shall be elected by a majority of the members so appointed, and the fifth member shall serve as chairman of the municipal joint airport zoning board.
