§ 18-76. Penalty for violation.

  • (a)

    Any person operating or handling an aircraft in violation of the provisions of this article or refusing to comply with the provisions of this article, may at once be ejected from the airport, or may, for any period of time not exceeding 30 days, be denied use of the airport by the airport manager, and, upon a public hearing by the city commission, may be deprived of the further use of the airport and its facilities for such period of time as may be determined appropriate by the city commission.

    (b)

    Any legally proven violation of this article shall be punishable as provided in section 1-14.
