§ 22-33. Definitions.

The following words, terms and phrases, when used in the building code adopted in section 22-31, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

Building official means the person appointed by the city manager.

Corporation counsel means the attorney for the City of Commerce, Texas.

Municipality means the City of Commerce, Texas.
