§ 22-72. Duty to enforce article and to collect inspection fee.

It shall be the duty of the person designated by the city manager to enforce the provisions of this article or any ordinances now in force or which may hereafter be adopted concerning electric wiring or apparatus and to collect a fee established by the city commission by resolution and kept on file in the city secretary's office for each inspection for the purpose of enforcing this chapter.
