§ 22-77. Concealment of work.

No person shall conceal or cause to be concealed any electric wiring or apparatus except with the express permission of the person designated by the city manager, and he is hereby authorized and directed to remove any flooring, or plaster, sheet metal, or other material which may conceal any electric wiring or apparatus contrary to the provisions of this article.
