§ 22-236. Required.

It shall be unlawful for any person to move or cause to be moved a house, building or other structure from one location to another within the corporate limits of the city, or to move a house, building or other structure from without the city to a location within the city, or to move a house, building or other structure within the city to a point without the city, without first securing a permit from the city.
