§ 58-2. Violation; penalty; additional remedy.

A person who violates this chapter is guilty of a separate offense for each day or portion of a day on which the violation is committed, and each offense is punishable as provided in section 1-14. A person violating any provision of this chapter may be enjoined by a suit filed by the city in a court of competent jurisdiction, and this remedy is in addition to any other penalty provision.
