§ 66-31. Board to promote cooperation with citizens; agencies; institutions.

The parks and recreation shall at all times seek to promote close cooperation between the city and all private citizens, institutions and agencies interested in or conducting recreational activities, to the end that all recreational resources within the city may be coordinated to secure the greatest public welfare.
