§ 82-1. Adoption of state law relative to street improvements and assessments.

The provisions and terms of Vernon's Ann. Civ. St. art. 1105b relating to street improvements and assessments are hereby adopted by the city and the procedures set forth therein shall be followed in the construction of all street improvements and assessments therefor within the city.
