§ 90-137. Filing complaint; penalty for violation.

Upon violation of any provision of this article, a complaint may be filed in the municipal court of the city. Any person convicted of a violation of this article shall be punished according to the provisions of section 1-14. Any violation of this article is a class C misdemeanor, as set out in the state penalty code.
