§ 90-143. Penalty.

Latest version.

Upon violation of any provision of this article, a complaint may be filed in the Municipal Court of the City of Commerce. A conviction for violating this article shall be a fine not to exceed $500.00. Any violation of this article is a class C misdemeanor as set out in the Texas Penalty Code.
